Mirrors & Door Handles

I looked down as I was getting ready for work the other day and I saw….

this.

Yep.

Door handles.

Something is to be said for a good door handle.

You don’t appreciate the little things until the little things are no longer there.

Door handles being one of them.

finally went over to Hobby Lobby because everyone commented and suggested it and ended up finding great stuff!

Look at these pretty white handles that go perfectly with our little vanity!

I still need to cover those screws with white paint, but aren’t those handles so fun?

Then comes a wonderful, wonderful gift.

mirrors.

We decided to take our time, save up for some great mirrors and whenever that time came for those, we would buy them…

Let me tell you.

Have you ever experienced a mirror-less life?

It’s annoying and a first world prob, but still…

But much to my sweet surprises I came home from a long weekend away from Gump Town only to find that my precious in-laws bought us these *perfect* mirrors 🙂

What a blessing upon BLESSINGS.

Progress is being made people!!

We have a finished vanity, mirrors, and all thats left is some shelving for the blank wall.

Cody and I are headed to North Carolina this weekend and plan to make an IKEA pitstop along the way!

Can’t wait to share what we find!

Any tips on places other than IKEA to search?

OR any options in particular at IKEA that are the best!

Would love your input!

  1. I love the new knobs! Gorgeous mirrors as well. 🙂 When you go to IKEA look in the kitchen section for shelves. I bought a super inexpensive shelf (spice rack holder- unpainted, sanded wood) for $4. I painted it with chalk paint and the two shelves now serve as my bathroom hair product holder and the other holds a 5×7 picture frame and candle. Needless to say, do not limit yourself to one particular part of the store. There is magic all around!! PS- looking online before you go helps too. 😉
